As more and more small molecule compounds are developed (or discovered) which modulate target protein stability (such as SERDs, HyTs or PROTACs), there is an increasing need to characterize and understand these protein degraders.
TurnoverScout™ enables tracking of protein synthesis and degradation independently, at the same time, for more than 8,000 cellular proteins in parallel. With that technology, you can identify the target(s) of such MoAs and optimize leads that result in the selective degradation of the desired target.
